Breast Cancer Foundation NZ
Austar is going pink this October. This is to show our support for Breast Cancer Foundation NZ and Breast Cancer awareness month. We are pleased to announce that we have become a Gold Sponsor of BCFNZ and aim to raise in excess of $30,000 over the next 4 weeks. To achieve this, we are contributing $500 from every sale during this period, but we are also hosting a number of fundraising events inviting the participation of members of the public.
We as a company have significant personal involvement with this great cause as two of our team have survived Breast Cancer.

Movember Foundation
Movember aims to increase early cancer detection, diagnosis and effective treatments, and ultimately reduce the number of preventable deaths, and encourage men to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
Can we help with your community event?
Things to consider:
- We will need specific details of the event including date, time, place and what is involved
- Where possible an overview of your marketing plan would be helpful
- A list of sponsors who have already committed to the event
- Your thoughts on how we can work together as a team to assist the community
We will consider proposals for all events held in the West Auckland region and wider community.
We will consider proposals that have a minimum of two month’s lead time to effectively plan and implement ideas on how we can assist.
We will consider proposals that have a genuine fit with our company values.
Please note: logo and/or name exposure is considered a bonus but is not the primary goal of any sponsorship we commit to.
You are welcome to contact your local LJ Hooker/Austar Realty office or alternatively feel free to contact our Community Events Manager, Logan Jacobs, with your detailed sponsorship proposal. All proposals will be reviewed to assess suitability, feasibility and resources required (human and monetary).
We will do our best to reply to you as soon as this has been done regardless of the outcome.
