At Austar Property Services we care. As a tenant it is important to know that as your Property Management Company we will take care of you and your rental property throughout the duration of your tenancy. From ensuring the property you rent is tested for methamphetamine before you move in, to conducting regular maintenance inspections and arranging any repairs in a timely manner by qualified, trusted tradespeople to, having emails and phone calls dealt with promptly.

In return, we ask our tenants to be respectful of the property; caring for it as if it was their own, pay their rent on time, every time and notifying us of any issues or problems that may occur around their tenancy or within the property.

Applying for a property through Austar Property Services
Your Application will be checked, references contacted and a background and credit check completed. If successful, you will be asked to pay the following:

  • 4 weeks rent as bond
  • 1 weeks rent in advance
  • 1 week + GST as letting fee

These costs will need to be paid in full prior to you receiving the keys. We also need to conduct the meth test to ensure the property is ‘clean’ and you will be given a copy of the certificate with your Tenancy Agreement.
